Natasha was the president of the Association of Black Harvard Women, leading the restructuring and revamping of the organization’s mentorship program into a leadership academy with a comprehensive curriculum and clear set of objectives. She has also made significant contributions to the improvement of communities through her work at New York City’s Agenda for Children Tomorrow and the Harvard College Women’s Center. In 2007, Natasha was named one of 15 most interesting members of the Harvard Class of 2008.
At Facing History and Ourselves, Natasha worked with the Director of Evaluation, the Director of Administration, and other team members on several program evaluation projects. She analyzed pilot data from a partner school in Memphis, TN that had implemented a new Facing History curriculum, “Choices in Little Rock,” culminating in a report that would address the impact of the curriculum on students. Natasha was also able to see Facing History's impact first hand by co-facilitating a focus group of Boston high school students who participated in a Facing History summer program.
Natasha is currently working at Bridgewater, an investment management firm in Westport, CT.
