One of Steamboat Foundation's Special Grants, Zanmi Agrikol, was featured in the Wall Street Journal for its work in Haiti. The program, designed to treat and prevent child malnurtrition using locally grown theraputic foods in rural in Haiti, has been very successful. It has grown from treating 30 hospitalized children in 2006 to treating well over 6,000.
