Lina Tetelbaum '06 awarded the Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans

Lina Tetelbaum '06 was selected as one of 30 Soros Fellows, chosen from an applicant pool of nearly 700.

The Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowships are for graduate study in the professional and academic disciplines at any institution of higher education in the United States. The Fellowships are for up to two years. The program is supported by a $65 million dollar charitable trust established by Paul and Daisy Soros.

Each year, the Fellows receive a maintenance grant of $20,000 and a tuition grant of one-half the tuition cost of the US graduate program attended by the Fellow.
